Year 2018, The McCloskey J45R is a Recirculating Jaw Crusher, This crusher has after screen with closed circuit back to hopper. This is a McCloskey J45 with Pre-Screen, After Screen and Recirculating Conveyor. The After Screen and Recirculating Conveyor can be removed easily meaning you can operate this crusher as conventional McCloskey J45 Jaw Crusher if required. We also would also be willing to remove the After Screen and Recirculating Conveyor ourselves and sell this as normal J45 crusher. J45R comes with 1140mm x 688mm (45″x 27″) Jaw opening, Fitted with VOLVO PENTA Engine and Pre Screen. The current Jaws fitted in the machine are 45% as you can see from images below. J45 Crusher has a Large Heavy Duty Hopper with folding hopper wings and Pre Screen, This J45 is complete with a side belt installed for removal of fines / dirt before crushing. Magnet also installed over main discharge belt for the removal of metals from crushed material. This crusher comes with a 10 x 5 Screenbox fitted on end of main discharge belt to screen crusher material, Mesh currently fitted in this screenbox. Recirculating conveyor also installed to feed material back into the hopper from the screenbox or to stockpile the product. Cat ways all in place around crush box and engine bay, 4 x Heavy duty Landing legs.

The McCloskey™ J45R recirculating Jaw Crusher combines the productivity of our J45 with the versatility of a full screening and recirculating system, allowing operators to produce a crushed and screened final product with one machine. The combination of the Jaw Crusher along with the 5’x10’ High Energy Screenbox and a recirculating conveyor deliver maximum productivity. The radial recirculating conveyor allows operators to either return material through the crusher jaws or to stockpile a separate finished product. The J45 boasts a high capacity hopper with close to 8 cubic yards (6 m³) capacity mounted over a vibrating feeder with optional pre-screen.

J45/J45R Jaw Crusher

The J45 and J45R high capacity jaw crushers feature a true 1140mm (45″) x 688mm (27″) jaw. With both level and load sensors the J45 ensures the most efficient material handling across applications. The J45 features a heavy duty bofar design and pan feeder chutes with steeper angles to reduce material sticking.

Both the J45 and J45R boast a high capacity hopper with close to 6m³ (8 yd³) capacity. The main conveyor features easy access heavy duty skirting and are closer to the ground level for ease of access and maintenance.

The J45R offers the versatility of a recirculating system to product a crushed and screened final product with one machine. Alternatively, J45R’s return conveyor can be radialed to the side to stockpile rather than feeding back into the hopper.
