General Kinematics Finger Screen for sale, Single Deck screen. Year 2014, The finger screen is Approx 13.45m long x 2.1m wide at feed end reducing to 1.25m wide at discharge end. It is built and sits on a very solid steel lattice support structure stand. Image below shows the finger screen sitting on the support structure before it was removed. The screen was working up until it was removed from recycling plant picking station. Electric Drive and comes with 15kW Electric driver motor. The Fingers will pass 1/2 house brick and smaller to lower deck (approx 150mm) onto the “Lower deck Discharge Conveyor”.  All material 150mm and larger carried forward off top deck.

Co-mingled waste up to 1m in size was loaded into the finger screen where the screen separates on size, such that material roughly 150mm and smaller drops through to the lower deck and passes onto a series of conveyors to rest of the system. All material 150mm and above is carried forward off the end of the top deck of the finger screen where we formerly had a mobile picking station.
