Kiverco PS122 Picking Station for sale, Mobile picking station. Year 2018 with 2,169 hours from new, Generator has 2,151 hours. In excellent condition. This Kiverco Picking Stations is powered/driven by 60KVA Diesel Genset, FPT engine and A1 Power Systems Generator. Picking Station has 16m long chevron conveyor belt/ 1200mm wide. Material is fed into conveyor at rear which has feed both area, Material will travel up the belt into picking station area. Enclosed picking station cabin has 4 x standard sorting bin sizes (2 Bay / 4 Picking Points). The cabin has floor, walls, windows, doors and lights. Over-band Magnet is fitted outside picking station cabin for the removal of metals from material. 2 x Hydraulic landing legs to raise and lower cabin, 2 x landing legs also installed near genset and 2 x landing feet under feed booth for increased stability and servicing capabilities. Single axel wheeled chassis under feed booth makes this a mobile unit, has standard 5th wheel trucking pin meaning it can be easily moved around site or yard with a standard truck or dolly.

Kiverco PS122 Picking Station comes with catwalk and walk ways to provide good access to cabin area. Also comes with 11KW Fan Blower that can be installed over feed booth area where material is fed in, fan blower has never been used before. Image below shows the blower fitted to the picking station. Our Kiverco PS122 picking stations are double sided, two bay stations, suited to a range of applications and come complete with their own power supply in order to be truly mobile.

Packed with all the latest safety features and fulfilling industry-leading standards, our mobile picking stations can house up to 40 yard roll on/off containers underneath, ensuring a clean and tidy work area. In addition, overband magnet installed to remove ferrous metals from the waste stream easily and efficiently. We can also supply units that use air separation technology to remove light contaminants. Light fractions such as paper and plastic are separated at the feed-in area through a high powered blower, complete with an adjustable air knife. Heavier fractions then travel up the variable speed 1200mm wide belt, into the picking station where the contaminants are picked and deposited into containers.

Your mobile picking station operators can control the speed of the belt. This maximizes throughput while maintaining efficient reclaiming of materials. The operative’s work area is enclosed, meaning the picking station can be placed outside for ease of use, eliminating the need for a building to house the machine.
