The Maximus 516 is a heavy duty, high capacity scalper capable of screening a wide variety of material in the harshest conditions. It is designed to cope with the heaviest applications and can be used in construction and demolition waste, primary crusher circuits, iron ore, aggregates, coal, recycling, heavy rock and topsoil.
It has a 129HP CAT C4.4 (Tier III) engine, with engine shut down protection, heavy duty hopper, heavy duty 2 bearing 16″x5″ screenbox with parallel discharge ends to prevent blockages, and an 8.7m3 (11.7yd3) feeder capacity. The tail conveyor is fitted with a 1.6m (63″) wide belt and the integrated folding side conveyors are hydraulically operated.
With a number of options available, including top deck bofar bars, top deck punch plate or heavy duty finger screen deck, hardox apron feeder (replaces belt feeder), radio remote controlled tracks etc, the Maximus 516 is extremely versatile. Whether dealing with sticky clay, heavy quarry applications, demolition waste, etc, etc, you won’t be disappointed with the outstanding performance the Maximus 516 will deliver.
