Incline Screen, Powerscreen Chieftain 600 is fitted with Deutz engine, this engine has been fitted with new injectors, diesel filters and got a full check over. Engine is running really good and starts with first turn. Screen has 8ft x 4ft / 2.43m x 1.21m Twin deck twin bearing vibrating screenbox producing 3 x screened products. Mesh currently installed on top desk and mesh on bottom deck, New mesh can be obtained or installed at additional cost. This screener has a large feed hopper which has double deck vibrating livehead fitted to the hopper, 2 deck vibrating livehead. The vibrating grid has heavy duty punch plate installed on top deck and currently no mesh fitted on bottom deck. It also comes with a shredder that is fitted on end of the feeder just before material goes on to main belt/conveyor. The shredder can be lifted up if not required for use. This screener is set for to screen soil and top soil with the shredder installed, However it can be converted back to ordinary screen just to screen stone, chips etc.

All Conveyors hydraulic folding with fast set up times, Hydraulic landing legs also installed. All Belts and rollers in working order, Catwalks around screenbox for ease of serving.
