Fitted with Caterpillar C7.1 Diesel engine. 1000MM X 650MM (40″x 26″) Jaw opening, The current Jaws fitted in the machine are % good as you can see from images below. The QJ241 Crusher has a large Vibrating grizzly feeder with folding hopper wings. Cat ways all in place around crush box and engine bay, Magnet installed over main discharge belt for the removal of metals from crushed material. This QJ241 is also fitted with Side belt for removal of fines / dirt before crushing. This QJ241 also has dust suppression system installed to reduce dust and independent fuel pump which allows for easy refueling on site. Crusher was working up until the day we removed it, it was replaced with a new Roco Ryder 1000 jaw crusher. Our Sandvik QJ241 mobile jaw crusher is the most compact machine in the series, and is ideal for smaller operations. Like the rest of the range, it delivers maximum productivity with low operating costs, and has been designed with the user in mind.

Sandvik QJ241 utilizes a substantial 1,000 x 650mm (40 x 26 in.) jaw, powered by a 168kW (225hp) engine. This means that while the machine is compact, it retains a high level of power and productivity. The jaw itself is hydraulically adjustable, allowing you to ensure your output is always at its optimum level.
