Fitted with Heavy double deck hydraulic vibrating Grid / Live Head, Grid has punch plate on top deck, Mesh currently installed on the bottom deck, all mesh complete and is interchangeable to your required size at additional cost. Grid can be angled Hydraulically for sticky material. This Viper Sizer has conveyor to take material away from second deck of the live head, midsized material. This conveyor is positioned to feed the material to rear of the machine. The oversized material falls to the side of the machine as with a normal scalping grid, Frame/Chute installed on side to handle oversized material coming off the live head. Has Remote control tracking, Discharge conveyor belt good and feeder belt in bottom of hopper also good. Both tracks are also good on this screener. Will produce 3 grades of material in one pass.
