Year 2010, 2 deck Screenbox, 16ft x 5ft (4.8m x 1.5m) Twin Deck heavy duty Screenbox producing 3 x screened products. Punch plate installed on Top Deck and No Mesh on bottom deck currently, we can obtain or install new mesh at additional cost if required. This unit is driven by Powerpack, electric over hydraulic. Screener comes with Steel Apron Feeder and hopper side, material is fed from apron onto the screenbox. Comes with 27ft (8.22m) side conveyor with 570mm wide belt, (Waste Systems FS165 Conveyor) the conveyor has magnetic head drum, This conveyor takes material away from second deck of screenbox. Screen also comes with chutes, hopper wing, axels, guards and panels. Everything you see in the images comes with this screenbox nothing more and nothing less. This screen was used in waste/recycling application by previous customer but can be used for a range of different applications. All belts in good condition, comes with 1 axel and 1 stand/frame meaning this can become semi mobile unit with steel wheels on axel. Has hook lift on rear meaning it can be moved around yard/site easily. Previous customer looked after and maintained this screener.
