Rubble Master OS80 Screenbox for sale, Year 2006. This screenbox was fitted on to end of Rubble Master RM80 impact crusher we had it stock. We removed this screenbox as the customer that purchased the RM80 had no use for it. Working and in good condition, you can see a video of this screener working below. Electric Drive, This Rubble Master OS80 Screenbox fits on end of main discharge belt to screen crusher material. The belt on this screenbox can run both ways and can be positioned both ways so to the left or the right of the screenbox. Could make a recruit conveyor back into the hopper from this screenbox very easily with another conveyor.
Finger tines mesh currently fitted in this screenbox, these are interchangeable to your required size at additional cost. There is also spare finger tines mesh to go with this screenbox which you will see in the images below. Very popular screenbox used on range of Rubble Master crushers and other applications. The screebox will fit RM70 & RM80 crushers but also range of other crushers. There can be used for a wide range of applications. Screen Box comes as per images below, nothing more and nothing less.

Rubble Master OS80 — Defined Value Grain in a Single Pass
The OS80 mobile oversized grain separator is the most cost-effective solution for producing standardized final grain in a single pass. Only one operator is needed: the feed material is processed at maximum throughput with minimum wear by Rubble Master RM70GO! or RM80GO! crushers. The patented OS80 is fitter to the crusher’s discharge belt using quick-release levers, maintaining unrestricted movement of the crusher around the site. Three comb cascades reliably separate the defined oversized grain size. The return belt provides a closed-circuit system. The crusher / screen combination can be transported by low-loader and is ready for operation within 20 minutes of arrival on site. Power is supplied from the crusher generator.
